MediaSource – OSU Medical Center

Just as it was while I worked at Mills James, The Ohio State University (OSU) Wexner Medical Center remained my largest client at MediaSource.

I continued working with numerous divisions within the Medical Center, including the The Ross Heart Hospital and The James Cancer Hospital, on video projects. These included:

Ross Heart Hospital Marketing Videos

MediaSource created, designed, scripted, shot, produced and edited a series of patient education and institutional marketing videos for OSU’s Ross Heart Hospital. The series of 11 videos is prominantly featured on the hospital’s web site and YouTube channel. You can watch the introductory video below.

Maternity Center Patient Education Videos

MediaSource created, designed, scripted, shot, produced and edited a series of patient education and institutional marketing videos for OSU’s Maternity Department. The video is prominantly featured on the hospital’s web site and YouTube channel. You can also watch the video below.

Emergency Department Patient Education Videos

MediaSource created, scripted, produced, shoot and edited a series of patient education videos used in the waited areas of OSU’s Emergency Departments at University Hospital and University Hospital East. The project involved multiple locations shoots, including video captured from a MedFlight helicopter.

HPV Patient Education Video

Working with a public health researcher for whom I had previously produced a colorectal cancer awareness video at Mills James, MediaSource co-created, scripted, produced, shoot and edited an Bronze Telly award-winning patient/parent educational video designed to recruit teenage girls to participate in a vaccination program for HPV.

Ohio Stadium “Know the Signs of a Heart Attack” PSA

MediaSource shot, produced and edited a public service announcement/patient education video for OSU’s Ross Heart Hospital and the Emergency Department. The video describes the signs of a heart attack. It played on the video scoreboard in Ohio Stadium during Buckeye football games in 2010. The video is featured on MediaSource’s YouTube channel.
