Among the new clients I brought to MediaSource was the Ohio University College of Osteopathic Medicine.
In April 2011, Ohio University received a $105 million grant from the Osteopathic Heritage Foundation, representing the largest private donation ever given to a college or university in Ohio.
The grant’s purpose is to help Ohio University expand its college of medicine, with the goal of training additional primary care physicians and diabetes specialists.
MediaSource content team created institutional marketing videos and a multimedia news release (MMR) about the grant, which the company’s media relations team used to pitch the story to a variety of news outlets.
The videos are prominently featured on the Ohio University College of Osteopathic Medicine’s web site and the news release remains on OU’s YouTube channel.
